If they were the same trim, ie. LE to LE, SE to SE it would be plug and play.

It is kinda hard to understand. I saw the wires for the heat and the power. The extra wires are for the memory. With a tester I can see which wires go where.

 

wow i know this post was years ago but im having the same problem. i have a 2004 le crew cab. it came with the small mirrors with lamp and heated. about two years back i bought the tow mirrows from a 2007 titan. the plugs were the same but these didnt have the lamp. the other day someone nailed my drivers side mirror and cracked it. i just bought a replacement on ebay but the plug is smaller. i was able to figure out which wires were for the memory which i dont use, i found the heater and the power, but i cant figure out which ones move the mirror. sound dumb since that means i only have 3 wires left but they arent working right. i have two wires that control the down button and two for the up. any one had this problem yet? thanks
