Look out for Eweezy32!! He screwed me royally on a set of Bushwacker Flares, shotty packaging and the 3 I received were all damaged. Only got 3 of the 4 and he filed a claim with UPS and got paid $600 for insurance he had on them and never gave my $375 back. Now the low life won't answer PM's or calls, I now have Bank Of America and PayPal after him!

So long as the issue is unresolved this thread should stay open, not sure why you care so much about whether this thread stays or goes. Seems weird. You keep posting in it, too...hmmm...no response to your inconsistent stories from your previous posts, either...perhaps you're not the same jerk that ripped this guy off, but maybe you're some other jerk that has pulled this same prank before. It's sad that someone really doesn't care if someone else gets taken, calls them a cry-baby as if they should just suck it up and move on. That's the attitude of a thief, presumably to try and make the person that got ripped off feel like it's his fault, not the thief's, in an attempt to not feel as guilty about their actions.

I only gave him advise. On what he can do. I have dealt with people stealing from me on ebay on forums. since its so late he cant do anything. An like on most sites there is a scammers list sticky on the top of the page with well scammers. So again a mod could make a thread and post his info. End of story. 6 pages deep and what has it done for him?

I feel bad for the OP because he was dumb enough to get robbed in 2010. Now he knows. I also feel bad for the members of this site for not having a scammers list stickyed at the top of the page like most sites do. So that way we dont have threads like this that go 6+ pages deep on nothing. I guess someone eles should write a " How To" on buying things online and protecting your self from getting robbed. Wrong. Legally speaking, the statute of limitations isn't that short, he CAN drag the loser's a$$ to small claims court. If the guy doesn't show then a default judgment will be awarded in the plaintiff's favor and, if the defendant doesn't pay, then the plaintiff can legally start the process of wage garnishment, bank account levy, etc to ensure that he does get paid.
Not only that, if you don't think the FBI can/will get involved you're, again, wrong. The FBI is part of IC3. Don't know what IC3 is? Here you go.

Just a thought... If it would of been me, (not that I do this kind of stuff) I probably would of done the same thing... Calling him out the way that you did and calling him a thief and throwing his name out like that and what not! You have his name, address and phone number and this whole thread and technology for you to do all sords of things like you said, take him to court... There might be some people out there that might have had some good trades or purchased some good things from him...
