Sound's great! Let that baby breath! :)

Sounds good. I am waiting for Berk to open up sales of 4x4 pipes to the general public - I need to get them on.

Just a FYI for everyone with an 07 and up Titan. This past weekend, I had installed a set of Stillen headers and the Berk's b-pipes. So far, I had put about 200 miles on the truck and no check engine light. The headers and b-pipe combo are great, more top end. Well, at least the butt dyno said so. Only draw back that I have is the loudness of the truck. I'll probably try to swap in a different exhaust in place of Banks and try to reduce the sound. But as of now, I'm happy with the purchase and next on the list, Uprev.

Try installing a resonater or bullet in the mid pipe, between Y or X and the muffler(s) to tone it back down, no need to swap your muffler...

forgive me if im wrong, but dont the stillen headers on the 07+ titans throw some sort of code/check engine light? atleast from what I've read on their website. did you have a programmer that fixed that, or did the berks b-pipes magically fix that problem?

All long tube headers throw codes on the 07-Up Titan because the A/F sensor was moved to the B-Pipe's. With the Burk O2 adapters being so long they move the O2 sensor out the the exhaust stream, so it acts like a emulator were the O2 thinks it is getting the correct exhaust flow, but it is not. This tricks the ECU into thinking the stock cats are still installed and working correctly.

Their headers are fine, minus the outrageous regular price... It's their B Pipes that will cause the codes... (unless they fixed them recently)

Keep us updated on the SES light on your 07, if it comes on or not. Burk B-Pipes may be the cure for the dreaded 07-Up Long Tube header SES light. The ECU will fully relearn any new mod around 300 miles or so.

IT is the only non-UpRev cure for A/F and Catalyst related SES codes... however, if you want to make your own HF B Pipes that will not throw SES codes, PM me and I'll give you my knowledge... I have been down this road several times and found my own cure, of course currently I have a Frankenstein extended HF B Pipe setup, but will be making it all pretty coming up thus summer... ;) however, I plan to also pick up a set of Berk 4X4 B Pipes, if they ever go on GB sale...

I get mine put on thursday...finally. I can't wait

the A/F sensors are actually on the exhaust manifold and the heated oxygen sensors are in the B-pipes. And what Berk did on the b-pipes was to remove the O2 out of the direct stream of the exhaust by drilling only a 1/4 inch hole on the pipe where the bung extension is welded to. Without reading the full stream of the exhaust, it fools the O2 thinking that there is a cat between the A/F and the O2. By doing so, CEL will stay off and not throw a code. I'm going to check my truck and take some readings with consult when I get off work. But so far, with one tank of gas gone, everything still doing great. I'll report back anything interesting that comes up.

The Berk pipes actually have cats before the downstream sensors, no fooling.

Pre 07 4X4's have the same O2 configuration as all aft-07 Titans... Berk installed the extended O2 bung because that's their own thing, they used it on other HF Cat Pipes and it works so they used it on these B Pipes too, however I don't believe they are necessary... "how do I know?" I have an OEM O2 bung installed in my custom extended 2.25" inlet/ 2.5" exit B Pipes, the OEM bungs are rear mounted 4" after HF cats, does it's job perfectly, no masked exhaust reading and no SES, so... I imagine if you were to remove the HF cats from Berk's Pipes, you would have some great straight pipes and may also be lucky to not see an SES either due to the recessed O2 bung.... just throwing the thought out there in case someone wants to see about getting some non-cat straight thru B Pipes made up... ;)

This is correct on the 04-06, the 07-Up have the A/F sensor in the B-Pipes before the rear cats.

Search the boards for SES light with long tube headers, very few 07-Up Titans have found a way to turn off the SES light.

This applies to ALL long tube headers not just Stillen, so Read This: http://www.mightytitans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19236&highlight=stillen+pipes

Got my DT LT's ordered. Didn't realize they were made to order.

They have to do the ceramic coating and they'll be here in about 3 weeks.

Then a custom tune and I'll be done with performance mods.
Interesting... I got a tracking number today. They should be here Tues. or Wed.

So stoked!! :redblob"

Either the guy on the phone didn't know what he was talking about, or they had a pair ready to go.

Edit:

Scheduled Delivery:
Tuesday, 03/29/2011, By End of Day

:D

For the DT LT contact, the EBay adds use to have info listed... Not sure if they've changed, haven't checked in a long time...

Any status on the production release of the 4X4 pipes to Fontana Nissan for GB???
