So my girl and I have randomly been talking about getting married for about a month now and Saturday night was ring shopping... What the hell am I doing getting married!!! She is amazing and I see many happy years ahead of us! I asked her about off roading and her exact words, "Well I wouldn't want to keep you from your girlfriend... just don't be stupid and kill yourself." We plan to be in Arizona in a couple years and by that time I'll have sold this titan and gone to a 2wd one with some serious Long Travel action! I explained it to her that this is my hobby and the same response was to not kill myself... So I will be closer to the Cali guys and Dirt King (Nick) will have to turn the future 2wd T into a long travel beast for me!!! Oh and rings are expense... **** me!
Yup... getting married... AHHH!!!

I'm positive she is the right one! Sorry Arizona boys but her sisters are all married... We are both financially in good positions so that is one less stress... no student loans! We are both pretty minimal when it comes to having stuff and she is all about me continuing my hobby with my truck!

Try as often as you can to remember that a good marriage is something you have to work at. It doesn't just happen.
My wife and I married at 19, and that was (...finger math) 13 years ago. And the best years are definitely still ahead of us.

PS - when you get in trouble, and you will, use the Listening Technique. It's like the MMA 'triangle' hold, but for marriage. It ALWAYS works, and pretty peacefully, too.

Also by the sounds of it he loves life.
My brother is 22 and getting married in June...
But me...I'm buying a new Mustang within a couple weeks, the next few years, all of my spending money is going into it.
