Ok, so I just got my Titan before I deployed and since I've been deployed have been buying parts to put on it when I get home. I just bought a set of JBA shorty headers and am wondering if the gaskets that come with it are good for the install or is there a better gasket I can get?? I basically have everything I need for the exhaust system now just wondering about the gaskets. Thanks

Next purchases are the Bully Dog GT Tuner and a cold air intake....

If you don't have a lot of miles on the truck, your OEM gaskets that are on there should be fine. The OEM gaskets are multi-layer brass crush gaskets. With low mileage, they are reuseable. Aftermarket fiber gaskets may not last as long as those.

Best place to get them is your local dealership. I don't know that they are similar in aftermarket catalogs.

Personally I wouldn't just because of the labor involved to change it out if it does leak. You have to remove the header off the studs to get the new gasket on. It does not slide in place like other vehicles. I would spend the $65 and get new ones. I have reused the bpipe oem gaskets over and over but those arent hard to change out. Thanks for your service!
