Factory NAV lcd

Hey Guys....

I have an '04 SE CC Titan with out the Navigation system. I want to intall the factory Nav LCD for the purpose of viewing DVD movies. Attached is a picture of the back of the LCD screen. Does any one know where I can locate the power, ground & video signal? Please advise...Thanks in advance....

What is the source of your DVD movies? I have factory NAV setup to display from a carputer, but I had to use a fairly expensive switch box to do so. Maybe you are better off using a different screen. Probably somebody that knows more about this (e.g. llajumpvid) will be along shortly.

My stock 6 Disc CD player is still in tacked. I am currently using an aftermarket DVD player that I mounted in my center consol. The Audio is being sent by an FM mudulator. I already have a pair of 7" headrest monitors for the rear passengers to view. I havent been able to find a LCD monitor with the same dimensions as the Navigation Pod consol, That's why I was thinking of using the factory NAV lcd..Thanks...

You are probably going to need an rgb converter. That is the signal that the factory nav screen uses. Attached is the wiring diagram for the screen. Where did you get the screen? From what I've seen they are over $2000?

I just bought a lilliput 7 inch touchscreen and the nav bezel is on order. I know I will have to trim it a little.

Attached is the picture of the NAV Pod. I was thinking about getting an aftermarket 7" monitor instead but I am having trouble finding the right dimensions to fit the NAV Pod. The measurement of the opening is 3 1/2" H x 6 5/16" L

I have the same "pod" coming in. from my searches a few have found a perfect fit but either trimmed a little on the inside or outside of the screen area. I will do the same.

Every thread I've read about aftermarket screen in the bezel needs a little trimming to make it work.
