It looks like you painted the floor of the housing ( like mine ) and the cone that covers the bulb. It looks clean... It gives your lights a darker look.

Looks good, did you just coat the parts not used by the buld to reflect light? Im curious cause it does look good. I would consider doing it to mine and going ahead and coating the grill and bumpers too.

I will do a little in depth write up when i get the chance, but yes the eyebrows are made from acrylic rod with surface mount leds in each end and the halo's look much better recessed in the housing than on the front IMO. I have a 3d printer that i used to print the brackets to hold the halo suspended in the middle like so, and if anyone wants to do the halo like that let me know and i can print some up for a small fee.

Holy sh*t times three. Sick idea, you've got a 3D printer (woah), LED color changes. Way cool. You must do a writeup and talk more about the gear you bought and where.

 

I think your lights would look better on my black truck !! lol, but really would love to see a write up on how you put it together and what parts you used. I have been interested in doing this to my truck, just haven't had the time to research the parts yet.

 

I will try to get a write up done this month. If anyone wants me to do this to their own lights thought I will be willing to go that route as well.

 

Hook this guy up fellas. If you guys want this mod, have him do it. This mod takes a lot of skill.
