My 04 Titan has began stalling when I crank it. In order to get it to stay running I have to press the throttle a little. How can I fix this myself? I've tried resetting the computer by disconnecting ground wire over night.

My battery is still very strong.

The truck turns over and fires up. It will fire up to about 2000 RPM then when it's going back to the idle point it chokes out and shuts down. I have to make sure to have slight pressure on the gas pedal to keep it alive. After it stops at the idle point I can remove my foot from the gas and it idles fine.

I also noticed today half way to work that when I stopped at a stop sign my parking brake, VDC, and Slip dash lights all came on and stayed on the rest of the commute. This has happened before in the past, but not recently. It may or may not be related?

Sounds like another IPDM relay case. Same thing happened to me in my 05, and countless others in all model years that had the old style IPDM. You can do a simple relay swap, or replace the entire IPDM. It's easy to do and not too much cash to just replace the entire thing, which is what I did. Do a search for IPDM relay and you will find tons of data and diagrams.
