Have 285/65/R18 Toyo Open Country A/T, running at 40 psi. TPMS light comes on after about 20 minutes of highway driving. Does not come on when driving around town. Ambient air temp is 50-60F. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I'm not sure if the light turns off on its own after a while, but I do know that if I turn the truck off and back on it clears the light.

Not sure, I have basically the same thing occurring on mine, which doesn't even have the sensors installed.

What year is your Titan?

04-05 (!) light only mean system malfunction, (!) light with audible alarm mean low PSI in one or more of your tire.

06- current (!) light only mean low PSI, (!) light flashes for one minute at start up and stay on mean system malfunction.
06 and newer has no audible alarm.

sounds good, it's an 04...wonder what the system malfunction could be. I poked around a little and I saw that instead of running the TPMS wire through the grommet attached to the bed, it was zip-tied with a yellow zip tie a couple inches away from where it should've been...but I don't know why, the wire was intact...

I've had the same problem from time to time. It seems to come and go as it pleases. I have and 06.
