I see a lot of threads on TitanTalk asking "Which bilstein shock do I need" or "What is the difference between 5100 & 5125s?" so I decided to put together the end all be all guide so we can have all the part numbers in one place. Bilstein 4600's - HD Series
Yellow Shock, Blue Boot
These shocks provide improved handling and stability, without sacrificing ride comfort. They offer super damping ability that makes them ideal for the driver who demands superior performance, while maintaining an exceptional street ride.
These are the classic Bilstein HD shock. While they do not offer height adjustment, they are the best direct OE replacement shocks for the Titan. If on road performance, a good street ride or lowered suspension is what you are looking for, then the Bilstein 4600 HD is the shock for you.

Bilstein 5100's
Silver Shock / Black Boot
The Bilstein 5100 series shock absorber is designed specifically to help your Nissan Titan reach its pinnacle in ride performance, while supplying the correct tuning and length for your specific lift. The 5100 for the front of the Nissan Titan is ride height adjustable with the use of multiple snap ring grooves which position the spring seat at different heights. The trucks ride height can be changed anywhere between 0-2.5” depending on model.
The rear shocks are slightly longer then stock and will allow for up to 1" of added lift.

Bilstein 5125's
Silver Shock / Black Boot
The Bilstein 5125 shock is a universal length 5100 shock for custom lifted applications. These are used on the rear of the Titan for lifted applications taller then 1". As these are universal, they are shipped from Bilstein with 5/8's eyelets, which need to be swapped out with 14mm bushings and eyelets to fit the Titan. The bushing kit runs $25 which includes enough pieces to do both ends of two shocks (the complete rear set)

These are used on the rear of the Titan for lifted applications taller then 1". As these are universal, they are shipped from Bilstein with 5/8's eyelets, which need to be swapped out with 14mm bushings and eyelets to fit the Titan. Silver Shock / Electroless Nickel with Clear Powdercoat
The Bilstein 7100 Series shock is designed for stock truck and limited buggy race applications as well as prerunner trucks, off-road and sandbuggies and other recreational vehicles. Completely owner rebuildable, The Bilstein 7100 Series shocks come in remote reservoir or standard body with Schrader valve fitments. These are used on the rear of the Titan for lifted applications taller then 1" that need a higher performing offroad shock. These shocks feature Self-Adjusting Deflecting Disc Valving which is customizable. As these are universal they are shipped from Bilstein with 1/2 heims, which need to be swapped out with 14mm.
