Does anyone have any information on an upgrade for our ignition coils? Make, part number, price, anything?

The Titan have direct ignition, each spark plug have their own little coil. You will probably not find anything better aftermarket wise.

Probably, but its hard to believe that MSD IGNITION wouldn't have anything.

We got coil on plug right? They might have better coils?

I have seen a GMC LS-? Compatible MSD COI used on some racing Titan Engine. General opinion is there is not much to improve in our application. If a higher compression was being used, then it may be different, but hotter isn't always better.

Experieincing any problem or found a shortfall?

I do like the Yellow color of the MSD, but $800 s a lot for nothing.

it seems that everyone is stuck on getting air in and out of the engine as fast as possible, for those of you who don't know, that is the easiest way to explain how to get the most horsepower out of your engine. Now, what a lot of people neglect, is burning the fuel that goes in. Thats where, a hyper ground system, hyper voltage system, spark plugs, and in our case, coils would come in. Then get a new fuel pump, and upgrade the injectors. Why increase the flow of air and not do anything about fuel and spark?

Because the injector timing can be adjusted for increased fuel flow, and the ignition system hasn't failed to ignite us so far. Higher compression needs higher voltage, but we had great success given the power adders used to date. Cost of this upgrade not warranted yet.

Maybe I should just buy some Yellow Piant?

A few have used larger injectors, I think the S/C's have them.
