Instrument cluster help needed

My gauges are all messed up and I'm flat out tired of trying to get them right. I swapped to a different face and since then, no matter how many times I try or how I allign the needles I can't get them right. SO, I decided to try to just get a new cluster.
I understand that the mileage will be off, I really don't care. I need my gauges to be correct. I recently came accross a 08 Armada cluster and while it looks completely different it has all the same gauges as my 06 Titan. My question is will it plug right in without any wire changes or splicing?

You need to plug the gauge in without the needles. Turn ign to on than off wait till you hear the gauge reset itself than insert needles

I dont know if the 08+ gauges will fit into the older trucks. However, some people have installed the cluster from the 04-07 Qx56, which looks different (and very cool). Here are some details and pictures of this swap. http://www.titantalk.com/forums/1239353-post7.html

Spoonman, I saw that thread a while back which is what prompted to me to just try to find a new cluster, but all I could find was the 08 Armada cluster. I can't find a QX cluster anywhere.
