JBA Long Tube Header only at AJUSA

AJUSA.com We have worked directly with JBA to provide a special opportunity just for TitanTalk & ClubTitan forum members. I am pleased to present the JBA Long Tube Header for 04+ Nissan Titan, Armada & QX56.

Production Version

JBA started with a clean sheet of paper when designing the new Long Tube Headers for the Titan's powerful 5.6L. Extensive development and dyno time yielded huge gains in both torque and horsepower over the restrictive factory manifold & Cat. These headers don't just make power, they are built to last. JBA's bullet proof design features a thick 3/8" one piece head flange leading into the heavy-wall 1-5/8" stainless steel primaries tubes and ends with the patented JBA Firecone® merge collector. This design reduces back pressure and helps scavenge the spent gasses exiting the engine giving you increased power and efficiency. The JBA Long tubes come equipped with four o2 sensor provisions for street or race applications.

JBA 2004-2012 Nissan Titan Long Tube Features:

  • Mandrel-bent stainless steel construction
  • 3/8" thick laser-cut single piece flanges
  • 1 5/8” Mandrel Bent primary tubes
  • Patented JBA Firecone® 2.5" merge collector
  • Premium quality hardware
  • 4 x O2 sensor provisions / Street or Race

Advantages of JBA's Ceramic Coated Headers
Exceptional Corrosion Resistance - JBA Headers are coated inside and out, and utilize a multi-layer process. Some companies only use a single coat and it is only on the outside of the header.

Temperature Fatigue Protection - Unlike chrome, a ceramic coated header does not cause hydrogen embrittlement. Hydrogen embrittlement can be described as (SCC) or stress corrosion cracking. Various metals, most importantly steel, become brittle and crack following exposure to hydrogen.

Low Heat Transfer - A thermal barrier keeps the heat in your header where it belongs. It is commonly known that a coated header can reduce under hood temperatures by as much as 200°f. That means that your expensive plug wires, valve cover gaskets, plastic parts, hoses and lines, wiring, or anything else that is affected by radiant heat lasts longer.

Performance Advantage - When you keep the expanding exhaust gasses in the header you are actually improving the scavenging of the cylinders. Exhaust velocity stays higher for a longer period of time which benefits performance.

Superior Appearance - A ceramic coating is actually more durable than chrome and protects against chipping, abrasion, and discoloration. The great-looking high-luster silver is a great addition to a detailed engine compartment.

Reduced Maintenance - Throw away the chrome polish, and all the snake oil claims to remove bluing. All you need to do to clean up your coated headers is wash them, then use a typical aluminum polish if you wish to bring out the luster.

JBA offers two coating options, a base polished silver ceramic that is good to 1500°F + & a Titanium high heat coating good to 1600°F+
No, there is no titanium in the coating. The name stuck because of the color of the header, which I liken more to the color of a battleship.

You are not buying the prototypes shown above. You are buying headers from the production run. Full JBA warranty. The images are just to give you an idea of what the final item will look like.

These are designed to be street/race headers, the extra bungs are for those doing specialized tuning / running aftermarket ECU's

#34 ·
Oh but REAL race tuners always tune from AFR's in the collector as we have so well been told by people that really know ROFLMAO.

So is it safe to say the gains that these will make are very similar to the stillen LT's? I think I might have to get in on this group buy!can someone tell me what the benefit of getting the ceramic coated option would be? better for heat management?

subscribing...interested to see how everything pans out!! but im excited to see some more aftermarket support coming are way. I'd like to see gain differences between the JBA's an PRT's before final purchase though. just a thought and I just got a new job making way more funds available so this is very exciting lol

I'd love these but i need the stupid CARB approval on it!!!

#23 ·
I understand that, but nothing has said they are CARB approved yet. The only CARB approved are their shorties. NO long tube at this time is CARB approved that I know of.

#26 ·
Law states in every state in the union that I am aware of anyhow, emissions equipment must be replaced with OE equipment to start with.

#31 ·
These will remove the pre-cat and bolt directly to the secondary (or b-pipes), which will make them non CARB approved. Part of the reason the shorties are legal is because you are supposed to weld the factory cat to it, in the factory location...

With the limited availability and with the amount of pre-orders already placed we should be asking you guys "Who is willing to pay more for the first sets" LOL

But were not like that. What I can provide is a price of under $450 delivered on the standard headers, good service and support. There will be a generous discount for customers who pre-order with us, but we will not reveal that until the headers near release.

We are running the same special on sister site ClubTitan.org as well, so those guys have the same opportunity & have already placed a few orders. There will be only 25 in the first run.

AJUSA.com has always taken care of TitanTalk members with these group buys we run, this will be no different!

Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions, or email us.
