funny 1st post. I think my XE is pretty fuggin bada$$, but it's not the very bottom line either....

this thread might offend a bunch of people with the wide variety of mods out there..................I personally don't dig all the chrome mods to where the exterior is all paint and chrome

 

The full brush guard makes the truck look like it's got spectacles (eyeglasses) on or something. I'm not a fan. Now the bull bar? That's a whole 'nother story!

 

Saw a crew cab Titan a while back with a bed cover and guess what???? A frickin SPOILER on the back!! To each his own but if you ask me, which you are, I think thats just :gay:

 

Don't knock the XE. Some people may not like the gay chrome look that went out with old school impalas and trucks. GARBAGE... Nothing sexier than an sleek looking beast growling along on the highway... To all XE owners get your bumper painted the same color as your truck, FUGGIN rediculous how nice this sets off the rest of your truck.

I'm right there with you,today I saw a Canteen Green tonneau cover with a winged spoiler attached.1 part army truck 1 part fast and the furious,this just looked like a real wally wagon.

But, what in the hell is the purpose of a bull bar? Pushing bulls off the driveway? The curved hitching post look of a bull bar is really, really, funny looking to me.

Wait, lowered ... no lifted on 20 somethings .... no the bull bar is the worst, well, unless it is combined with one of those ... as part of an ugly package. j/k guys.

i think that lifted titans w/ 20's and "low-pro" mud terrains look ugly. im also not big on 4x4 titans that have big 'ol wheels and are lowered. a 4x4 should look like it and have some meat on the wheels.

That would look ok with some wicked rims and tires but with the stock tires???? Very gay!

 

I don't like those Billet grills that replace the entire factory V-Bar grill in the front, I forget who makes it but I just don't care for the look.

 

Well I wanted to describe what I thought looked ugly on the Titan or any truck for that matter... but I decided to draw a picture so you could better understand what I was talking about Enjoy this... Gosh if only my boss saw how I use my time.... :evillaugh

 

I'm gonna jump on the bull-bar/brush guard band wagon. Don't really care for the look of either. Adding lights on them helps, but I honestly don't see the purpose. The brush guards especially-they only cause more damage if you do hit something. If I was going to add anything to the front end, it would be a Wincher bumper from Ken. Mtn.

I wasn't a fan of the Chrome SE/LE front bumper at first, but it has grown on me. It's kinda what sets our trucks apart from the others with an entire chrome front bumper. Now the "other's" have even started copying if you ask me:

 

My brush guard, Nissan full extension over the headlights has saved my arse THREE TIMES. Once guy pulled into a parking spot and cut it short with a long box Chebbie, hit the guars over the headlight - no damage to truck slight scratch on guard -the rear of his bed over the tire was smashed. 2nd time I was hit by a guy coming off the hwy no brakes, skidded down the side of the truck and hit the same guard which deflected him away from the frontend. 3rd time - deer bounced off the front end -no damage.

Rippem if you want but they have saved me two insurance claims and I've pushed 2 guys out of a ditch in the snow with it - LOL just lined up with his rear bumper and hit the gas...drove the car right up the hill. BEAT THAT stock front end!!
